These terms govern your use of this website. By continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. If you engage us for services, the signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement will govern that engagement and will prevail if there is a conflict.

Website content is general information and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. It is not a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.

No advisory relationship is created by visiting the website, sending an enquiry, or receiving an initial response. An engagement begins only when both parties agree to written terms.

The advisory platform is an internal service-management system and is not offered for public self-registration. Access is restricted to authorised accounts. You must not try to access the platform, its records, or protected downloads without permission.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to provide personal, confidential, evidence, workforce, and cloud-environment information to us and to instruct us to process it for the engagement. More detailed processing obligations may be included in the applicable engagement agreement or data-processing terms.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace connections require explicit administrator authority and are used for read-only advisory assessment. The client is responsible for granting only the agreed permissions, maintaining valid authority, and revoking access when it is no longer required. We do not warrant that third-party APIs or reports will always be available, complete, or error-free.

You may use this website lawfully for personal or internal business information. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable volume, misrepresent affiliation with us, or use its content unlawfully.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

Unless stated otherwise, the website, branding, text, graphics, frameworks, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Strategic IT Advisory SA. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal, non-commercial use. No other reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that all content is current. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website when reasonably necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Strategic IT Advisory SA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that apply under the Consumer Protection Act.

Our Privacy Policy and POPIA Notice explain how we handle personal information. Electronic communications are not guaranteed to be confidential or error-free, so do not send passwords or highly sensitive material through general contact channels.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts with jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute process that applies.

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and changing the date above. Material changes apply prospectively from publication.
