Founder & Principal Advisor
Gavin Perch
Gavin brings more than 15 years of hands-on technology operations and leadership experience across fintech, online gaming, hospitality and digital services. His work has spanned IT management, systems administration and support operations, giving him a practical view of how technology decisions affect risk, service quality, people and growth.
His experience includes Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, infrastructure and virtualisation, vendor and SLA management, change control, service governance and operational security. He holds a Diploma in Computer Programming and Information Systems and has completed recent training in AWS cloud fundamentals, Microsoft Azure administration and Scrum basics.
